The city of Manhattan Beach has announced a holiday decorating contest for local homes.

Between now and December 18, you may nominate any house by sending the house address, the owner's name (if you know it), and your name and phone number to [email protected] .

The entries will be judged by the Manhattan Beach City Council members (and there will be prizes, according to Mayor Richard Montgomery).

The winners will be recognized and prizes awarded at the December 19 City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m.
