This Manhattan beac home is on the Holiday Homes Your.

Three Manhattan Beach homes are included on this year's 22nd Annual Holiday Homes Tour, a fundraising event presented by the all-volunteer philanthropy Sandpipers. The tour begins today (Friday, Dec. 5) and goes through Sunday, Dec. 7.

“Holiday Homes Tour continues to be a wonderful South Bay Holiday tradition for over 20 years,” said Fundraising Vice President, Kristina Durkin. “These beautifully decorated homes allow us a glimpse into amazing architecture and home design, in addition to highlighting local vendors, florists and artisans. The cafes allow guests to sample the cuisine and treats from local stores and restaurants that have generously donated to this event.”

Tickets are $25 in advance on the Sandpipers website or at the door for $30. This year's tour includes a distinctive Hermosa Beach residence. In 2013, Holiday Homes Tour raised more than $71,000 for Sandpipers.

Open to the public at no charge is a a holiday boutique, featuring local artisans and vendors, and a café, all at the Neptunian Woman’s Club at 920 Highland Ave. The boutique and cafe will offer shopping and refreshments for purchase.

Sandpipers is celebrating 83 years of service and is dedicated to serving the needs of the South Bay community through charitable and philanthropic programs such as Back to School shopping, holiday baskets, college scholarships and community service. In 2013-2014, Sandpipers contributed more than $500,000 and thousands of community service hours to individuals and local non-profits in need.

On Sunday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the tour will also include a food and wine tasting event at The Bank of Manhattan located at 1419 Highland Ave. The Bank of Manhattan Wine Tasting will  feature entertainment by Kate & Kacey Coppola, food and wine provided by Kincaid’s, R10 Social House, Uncorked/The Deck and Cake Bake Shop, not to mention unobstructed panoramic views. Food and wine will be available for purchase.

The Holiday Homes Tour each year attracts more than 3,000 patrons, and garners tremendous support from numerous local businesses and community partners, including our generous sponsors Nick Alexander BMW, Bank of Manhattan, Chevron, South Bay Plastic Surgeons, GROW, Uncorked, The Deck, Kincaids, R10 Social House, Cake Bake Shop and Luke’s Café.
