Beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday, the city will remove illegally parked vehicles, including bicycles, and will barricade Manhattan Beach Boulevard at Manhattan Avenue, and Ocean Drive at 11th and 12th streets. Bike riders will be asked to “Walk Your Bike," with signs posted north and south of the pier.
