Tickets for one of Manhattan Beach's most popular events are on sale now. The Manhattan Beach Education Foundation's (MBEF) annual wine auction moves into its 21st year of raising funds for students in the Manhattan Beach Unified School District.

This year's event is set for Saturday, June 13 from 4:30 to 11 p.m. at the Manhattan Country Club. Tickets are $275 per person for general admission, $500 per person for the inclusion of admission to the Reserve Room. Private tables are available for sponsorship opportunities that include general admission tickets, and other benefits. Sponsorships are priced at $6,000 (10 tickets), $10,000 (12 tickets) and $20,000 (20 tickets). Last year's Manhattan Wine Auction raised more than $1 million in net proceeds

The Manhattan Wine Auction will feature

• Food samplings from 40 of the finest local restaurants and specialty cafes;
• Tastings from 75 distinguished wineries, distilleries and breweries;
• Live and silent auctions with some of the finest collectible wines and spirits, exotic trips, one-of-a-kind dinners, unique experiences, sports and golf opportunities, and much more.
• Music and dancing under the stars.

New this year, the Reserve Room (VIP Room), limited to 200 guests and open from 4 to 6 p.m., will feature exclusive cult and unattainable wines from Napa Valley and beyond, and is a unique opportunity to taste some of the incredible wines available during the event's auction. Hors d’oeuvres will be served as well.
