Fishing With Dynamite: Enjoy a special Valentine's Day lunch or dinner menu, with tantalizing specials ranging from lobster dumpling pie to diver scallops with Meyer lemon lavender curd, fennel, and blood orange. Call (310) 893-6299 for reservations. 

Il Fornaio: Il Fornaio is offering its Valentine's Day menu from now through February 17: Featuring the cuisine of Umbria, the menu offers several dishes created with St. Valentine in mind including Cuore di Raviolo con Ranceto, heart-shaped butternut squash ravioli filled with chicken, carrots, celery, and herbs served in a crispy pancetta sauce with tomato coulis & Grana Padano.

Manhattan Bread & Bagel: It's a blink-and-you'll miss it treat, but stop by Manhattan Bread & Bagel on Thursday for special heart-shaped bagels so you can treat that special someone to a Valentine's themed breakfast or brunch. 

Manhattan Beach Post: MB Post has a special prix-fixe tasting menu featuring an amuse bouche, two courses, and choice of dessert for $80 per person. Call (310) 545-5405 to reserve.

Rice: Love sushi? Why not treat your Valentine to some adorable heart-shaped sushi (and more) at Rice. Open on Valentine's Day for both lunch and dinner; reserve a spot by calling (310) 798-7722.

The Strand House: The restaurant is featuring special Valentine's Day prix fixe menu, offering two salad/appetizer courses, a main course, and dessert, for $120 per person, excluding tax and a 20% service charge. Two Guns Espresso: The beloved coffee spot is offering heart-shaped chocolate brownies dusted with sugar and raspberry dust through Valentine's Day. Plus, you can treat your Valentine (or yourself) to any bag of coffee beans for $10.

Valentino's Pizza: It wouldn't be Valentine's Day without a special heart-shaped pizza from Valentino's. The pizzas are about the size of a medium pizza and are available for $19.95. Anti-Valentines Day Party: Head over to Baja Sharkeez Manhattan Beach on Valentine's night for their annual Anti-Valentine's Day Party, featuring drink specials, music, and free Champagne for ladies before 10:00 p.m. Bring in photo of your ex and they'll rip it up and you'll get $1 off a "You Call It." Or take out your frustrations with a swing at an anti-Valentine's Day pinata.

Single AF Valentine's Day Mixer: Some people call it Valentine's Day, some people call it Singles Awareness Day. At Westdrift Hotel Single AF Valentine's Day Mixer, enjoy a live performance by WP Music; a special menu featuring fried yucca, crispy pork belly, beef tartare, dulce de leche cheesecake; and NO chalky conversation hearts. On February 14 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. (for food) and until midnight for cocktails. No cover charge. 

Single AF Tee'd Off Gold Competition: For those who are feeling not so great about love right now, there's a space for you too!
