Beach E Biking, a new mobile e-bike sales and rental company, is open and offering local door-to-door delivery services to private residences and hotels. 

Beach E Biking rents and sells high-quality, dependable electric bicycles built in the U.S. by the Electric Bike Company. The company also offers scheduled guided tours on the beach bike path from Torrance to Santa Monica.

Launched in 2022 by Manhattan Beach resident and Navy veteran Mark McCracken, Beach E Biking gives South Bay residents and visitors an opportunity to ride a beach cruiser-style electric bike along the beach or to local events.

“Since our opening, we have noticed that electric bikes bring increased mobility to people who thought that their biking days were over,” said McCracken. “It has been fun seeing our customers find the joy in riding a bike again.”

With a fleet of 50 e-bikes, Beach E Biking's door-to-door delivery includes the bicycles as well as locks and helmets. With safety as the top priority, all customers receive an in-depth orientation on the features of their bikes and the rules of the road. Staff members also provide local tips about the best routes to take, making it easy to decide where to stop for photos, snacks and lunch breaks.

Beach E Biking offers discounted multi-day rates for long-term rentals, and can arrange private and corporate e-bike tours. The company also schedules sales appointments to allow customers to try different models and choose their custom colors and options.
