Neptunian Woman's Club to Host National Night Out in Manhattan Beach

The Neptunian Woman's Club has joined with the Manhattan Beach Police Department and several local partners to host an event for National Night Out, a night to promote community safety awareness.
The event will be held at the Neptunian Woman's Club clubhouse on Tuesday, August 6, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. No RSVP is required; community members are welcome.
Guests will enjoy cheese and crackers, wine poured by mbWINEco, and a chance to mingle with MBPD representatives and participating partners including Manhattan Beach Kiwanis, Leadership Manhattan Beach, Young at Art, Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair, P.S. I Love You Foundation, Soroptimist International of Manhattan Beach, MBSafe, and the Neptunians.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Millions of neighbors take part in National Night Out across thousands of communities from all fifty states, U.S. territories and military bases worldwide on the first Tuesday in August.
Manhattan Beach neighbors are also planning a variety of National Night Out block party events across town. MBPD representatives will also be visiting 12 different block parties across Manhattan Beach on Tuesday night.
