Calling all local artists: Manhattan Beach seeking submissions for its Annual Community Exhibition. And now's the time to get rolling on it; applications will only be open through June 1.

The Annual Community Exhibition is open to all - young and old - with preference given to artists with close ties to the Manhattan Beach community. There is no special theme this year, so you can feel free to submit any work.

Submit your application here. (Artists will be notified of their acceptance by June 24.)

Submissions will be juried by a curatorial panel. (Note that not all submissions will be selected.)

Selected artwork will be displayed in the Annual Community Exhibition from July 25 to October 5, 2025. An opening reception will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The Manhattan Beach Art Center gallery is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and on Fridays and Saturdays from from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
