According to a new analysis of 2025 data by Property Shark, Manhattan Beach home prices rank #27 in the nation.
That's based on a median home price of $3.300M for homes sold between Jan. 1, 2025-Sept. 30, 2025.
Manhattan Beach outranks neighboring Hermosa Beach (#55, $2.560M) and the 90274 ZIP code in Palos Verdes (#71, $2.394M). Redondo Beach, with a median price around $1.600M, does not appear in the top 100.
Eight of the top 10 ZIP codes in the Property Shark analysis are in California, with three of those ZIP codes all in Newport Beach. Others in the top 10 include elite ZIPs in Northern California (Atherton, Stinson Beach, Los Altos), Santa Barbara and Rancho Santa Fe.
Manhattan Beach edges out Los Gatos (#28, $3.200M), but slots well below Beverly Hills' famed 90210 ZIP code (#13, $4.350M). Our city ranked well above Beverly's 90212 (#56) and 90211 (#66).
Now, if you want to be technical, there are actually 34 ZIP codes higher than MB in the analysis. But eight of those ZIPs tied with one another, having the exact same median price. So the Manhattan Beach median price ranks #27, while arguably the city ranks #35.
