Longstanding Manhattan Beach Businesses Honored

The Manhattan Beach City Council this week recognized milestone anniversaries for local businesses, including a new recognition category for those who have operated in the city for 75 years or more.
"You provide such vitality to our community beyond just the commerce," Mayor David Lessor told the honorees. "We're so grateful that you're part of our community."

Additionally, the city has sent certificates of recognition to 37 businesses for their 5-year anniversaries, 29 businesses for their 10-year anniversaries, and 22 businesses for their 15-year anniversaries. All told, 142 local businesses were honored.
