Skechers has put its downtown Manhattan Beach office at 228 Manhattan Beach Blvd. on the market. The nearly 30,000-square-foot office property is a three-story Class A building that will be delivered vacant.

The commercial real estate company CBRE is offering the property through a competitive bidding process. 

228 Manhattan Beach Blvd. was extensively renovated in 2018 and serves as a "purpose-built" corporate headquarters. In addition to office space, the building features a 69-stall private, three-level subterranean parking garage. The building also provides an opportunity for retail on the ground floor, allowing for various commercial uses and a street-front presence.

Situated in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach, the property is surrounded by the city’s retail, dining and hospitality amenities and is within steps of the beach and Manhattan Beach Pier.
