Harbor Interfaith is the lead agency in the South Bay for addressing homelessness and poverty. The event supports The Children’s Center, one of the key programs at HIS. The Children’s Center relies entirely on private support; it receives no governmental funding. Parents place their children in Harbor Interfaith’s care while they seek employment, find housing, go to college or attend job training.
