First Break Academy is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit serving children from Compton, Carson, Gardena, and surrounding communities. First Break provides sports and educational programming at reduced to no cost. 

This annual event is a fundraiser for First Break Academy. Participants will play LiveBall with and against current and former pro players as well as enjoy food and drink and participate in a silent auction.

Proceeds from the event enable First Break to provide scholarships for players, subsidize programming, and cover costs for private lessons, tournaments, and Junior Team Tennis. First Break graduates have received college scholarships, have been the first in their family to attend college, and one even received the #1 ranking in Division 1 NCAA tennis.
