Manhattan Beach Police will take "protect and serve" to a whole new level at its annual Tip-A-Cop fundraiser for Special Olympics. Dine at Zinc@Shade Hotel on April 18 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and MBPD personnel will be your hosts and servers. Any tips they receive - and a portion of your bill - will be donated to support the Special Olympics.
