Project Pulse in Downtown Manhattan Beach
Community Meeting on Lot 3 and Former US Bank Building

Join the City of Manhattan Beach for an important community meeting on Wednesday, May 21 at 6:00 PM at the Manhattan Heights Park Community Center (1600 Manhattan Beach Boulevard). This meeting will focus on the future of Lot 3 and the recently acquired property at 400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, located at the southeast corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd and Morningside Drive.
Why This Matters:
Lot 3, a central downtown parking structure, has been closed since last summer. In response, the city is creating 152 new parking spaces through downtown improvements and a reimagined single-level Lot 3, offering more spaces than before.
400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, formerly the U.S. Bank site, was acquired by the City on April 15, 2025. The city is exploring options to transform it into a space that serves our community—whether through public gathering areas, needed services, or thoughtfully planned development that supports long-term municipal sustainability.
This is your opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and help shape the future of our downtown.
