The city is exploring the future uses for both the Parking Lot 3 site (Morningside Drive and 12th Street) and 400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, collectively known as "Project Pulse."

This in-person open house event is the next step in Project Pulse where the community will get to see conceptual designs for public feedback. This is the last Project Pulse community event. All community members are welcome.
