The Manhattan Beach Little League Opening Day parade, one of Manhattan Beach's most time-honored traditions, wove through the streets of downtown on Saturday morning.
The parade, led by the Mira Costa High School marching band and city officials, featured players and coaches holding banners for their respective teams. Both boys' and girls' teams were represented in the parade with players starting as young as four years old.
The parade concluded with an opening day ceremony at American Martyrs.
